Serve these roasted zucchini as a peacock tail appetizer. Use zucchini instead of roasted eggplant and tomatoes.
Preparation:
- Cut zucchini into rings about 7 mm thick. Salt and let the juice run off a little.
- Dip zucchini rings in flour and fry in sunflower oil on both sides.
- Put roasted zucchini on a plate.
Prepare the sauce – in the sour cream (crème-cheese or mayonnaise) add the garlic skipped through a press and finely chopped greens. Spread the sauce on each zucchini ring. Let cool down and leave it for a while. Our appetizer is ready!
